Professional Experience:
• Minimum six (6) years progressive experience in the field of Information Processing, three (3) of which are specialized in Information Processing and involve a range of hardware/software solutions, two (2) of which are concentrated, hand-on experience in installing, diagnosing problems, and training customers in the use of software and hardware.
• Must have a System Administration background in Linux and Windows. 
• Must have Security +.
• Must have one (1) Computing Environment certification listed or one of the following within 6 months of hire:  AWS CSA Associate, GCWN, ID Analysis Parts 1&2 13; HBSS Admin 201; HBSS ADV 301; MC: Azure AA, MC: Azure SEA, MCITP EA, MCITP EDA, MCITP EDST, MCITP SA, MCSA: WS2008, MCSA:WS2012, MCSA:WS2016, OCI Foundations 2020, WIN10 (both MD-100 Windows 10 and MD-101 Managing Modern Desktops)

Overview:  This position provides imaging and Tier 1 desktop support to over 50 local users.  Team member remotely updates and maintains over 200 industrial printers and 100 print servers across the US to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime.  Position is responsible to install and apply patch clusters to address vulnerabilities found through ACAS.   Manage assets and monitor effectiveness of asset control procedures within ServiceNow is also a deliverable to the customer from this team member.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Planning and delivery of customer support services patching vulnerabilities including installation, troubleshooting, user assistance, and training. 
• Diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents, planning and analysis of work processes.
• Researching and reporting trends and patterns of problems, developing training materials and performing computing/information system training sessions.
• Developing and maintaining problem tracking databases, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software.
• Performing backup and recovery operations.
• Consulting with users to identify needs and requirements.
• Conducting feasibility studies and trade-off analyses.
• Ensuring the rigorous application of information security/Cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices.
