Testing Manager
Location: Remote, with the ability to regularly travel to Ft. Belvoir, VA for meetingsSecurity Clearance Requirement: Required to possess an IT-II Non- Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at the time of proposal submission.
Position Summary
Nationwide IT Services is seeking a Testing Manager to supervise a team of test specialists and manage complex state-of-the-art test programs.Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex program requirements into testable objectives. Analyzes and recommends test cycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
- Manage and work effectively with diverse organizations and personalities to execute a successful test program.
- Apply complex test methodologies and compensate for limitations and restrictions.
- Develop overall test strategy to include objectives, methodologies, analysis, and schedules. Independently assess system performance against stated requirements.
- Apply test discipline to design a thorough and executable test program.
- Lead analysis efforts to dissect output data, interface with the client, and provide clear results and recommendations.
- Apply use cases and user stories to create test cases
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years relevant experience
- Experience in testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing.
- Experience in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of System Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration.
- Must have detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.
- Experience translating complex program requirements into testable objectives.
- Experience in analyzing and recommending test cycles, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
- Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
- Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and maintaining test cases using designated automated test tools.
- Five (5) years of Oracle EBS R12.2 platform experience.
